Although empathic listening is an important part of the process there is so much more to our work than that. Our work together may help you to see things from a different perspective, reduce feelings of overload, explore possible changes, coping strategies and options, helping you to move forward in the way you want to.
A supportive coaching relationship can help you make sense of your life enabling you to live it more fully.
A confidential, non judgmental space where you can speak freely.
Time to explore what matters to you.
Support in clarifying priorities, options and next steps.
Gentle accountability so that insights turn in to action.
Before our first session, I will send you the terms and conditions of our work together. this will set out quite clearly my policy on confidentiality, how to reschedule and cancel sessions, make payment etc.
Although it is important for a coach to be appropriately qualified - apart from that it has been proved that the most important thing is finding a coach who you feel listens to you and makes you feel cared for and not judged. It is important to me that we both weigh up whether we are a good fit. Similarly, if I think I’m not the best person to help you, we would discuss this.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how I work, or to arrange an initial appointment. This enables us to discuss what you want and whether I am the right person to help. Feel free to contact me at maxinerobertsoncoach@gmail.com
